1.1 All of our products are handmade with care, and while we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, please allow us 72 hours for order preparation. This includes the time it takes to create, package, and ship your item(s).
1.2 We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days after receiving payment, though processing times may vary depending on demand, special orders, or holidays.
