1.1 At My Bubble Cardigan we take great pride in our handmade knitting clothes and accessories, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1.2 Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will request photographic evidence of the damage or fault, and we will offer a return and either a replacement or a full refund depending on stock availability.
2.2 Change of Mind:
Due to the nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items if you simply change your mind. Please review all product descriptions, images, and sizing details carefully before purchasing.
2.3 Personalized or Custom Orders:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items unless they are faulty or damaged. If you have any concerns regarding your custom order, please contact us immediately before placing your order.
- How to Return an Item
3.1 If you wish to return an item due to damage or fault, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at contact@mybritishdegree.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) in question, and photos of the damage or fault.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

- Refunds
4.1 Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are only available if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4.2 Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your payment statement, depending on your payment provider.
4.3 Shipping Costs:
If your return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns not related to a fault (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Non-Returnable Items
5.1 The following items are non-returnable, except if they are faulty or damaged upon receipt:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Sale or clearance items
- Exchanges
6.1 If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
6.2 You will need to return the original item at your own cost, and once we receive it in unused and original condition, we will dispatch the exchange item to you.
